These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of polarhairofficial.com and any purchase of Instant Dye Shampoo from Polar Hair Co Inc. They’re written in plain language on purpose — no filler, no boilerplate copied from another store — because we want you to actually understand what you’re agreeing to before you check out.

Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting polarhairofficial.com, creating an order, or otherwise using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these documents, please do not use the website or place an order.
We may update these Terms from time to time as explained in Section 21. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Who operates this website
Polar Hair Co Inc is the company that designs, sells, and stands behind Instant Dye Shampoo at polarhairofficial.com. We are a single-product, direct-to-consumer haircare brand — we do not operate as a marketplace, and we are the accountable party for your order, your data, and your consumer rights from checkout through delivery.

Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under U.S. law to place an order with us. If you are under 18, you may browse with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, but you may not create an order in your own name.
Where we ship
Polar Hair Co Inc currently accepts orders and ships exclusively to addresses located within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses, U.S. territories outside the fifty states, or freight-forwarding services intended for international resale at this time.
What we sell
We sell one product: Instant Dye Shampoo, an ammonia-free, oxidative gray-coverage hair color formula applied like ordinary shampoo. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, shade names, pricing, and estimated results shown on our product page are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing. Screen colors and lighting can render shade swatches slightly differently across devices, and individual results vary based on starting hair color, hair porosity, and hair condition.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing, description, or availability error on the product page at any time, even after an order has been placed, as described further in Section 07.
Health, safety, and responsible use
Instant Dye Shampoo is a cosmetic hair-coloring product, not a drug, medical device, or treatment for any medical condition, and nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or scalp condition.
Patch test required. The formula contains oxidative color ingredients, including PPD (p-Phenylenediamine) and hydrogen peroxide, to which some individuals are sensitive or allergic. Perform a patch test on a small area of skin at least 24–48 hours before your first full application, and do not use the product if you experience redness, itching, or swelling.
Discontinue if irritated. Stop use immediately and rinse thoroughly if you experience any burning, itching, or irritation during or after application. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse promptly with water if contact occurs. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sunburned skin or scalp.
Consult a physician first if: you are pregnant or nursing, have a known allergy to hair dye ingredients, have a scalp condition, or have previously had a reaction to any hair coloring product.
Keep out of reach of children. This product is intended for external use on hair only and should be stored securely and away from children and pets.
Accurate order information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate shipping, billing, and contact information when placing an order. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date and for any delay or delivery issue that results from incorrect or outdated information you provided.
Guest checkout
You may check out as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to save your details for future orders, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your session and for all activity that occurs under them.
Orders, acceptance, and our right to refuse
An order confirmation is not final acceptance. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we received it. This confirms receipt only — the contract between us is formed once we dispatch your order, not before.
We may cancel or limit an order before it ships if we discover a pricing or description error, suspect fraud or a payment issue, cannot verify your shipping address, or the item is out of stock. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the payment in full to your original payment method.
Order quantity limits. We may limit the quantity of Instant Dye Shampoo that can be purchased per order, per household, or per customer, particularly during promotions, to keep the product available and priced fairly for everyone.
Pricing, taxes, and accepted payment methods
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are shown, along with any applicable sales tax and shipping charge, before you confirm your order at checkout. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address in accordance with U.S. tax law. We do not add any undisclosed fees at the payment step.
Accepted payment methods
All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Polar Hair Co Inc does not store your full card number on our servers.
Shipping & delivery, in summary
Full shipping terms live on our dedicated Shipping Policy page and are incorporated into these Terms. In summary:
Order cut-off: orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time (Houston, TX), Monday–Friday, begin processing the same business day; orders placed after cut-off, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.
Processing time: 1–2 business days before your order ships, Monday–Friday.
Standard transit: 5–7 business days after dispatch, at no charge, for all standard deliveries within the United States.
Express transit: 2–3 business days after dispatch, for a fee ranging from $7–$15 USD depending on your delivery destination.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Full terms live on our dedicated Return & Refund Policy page and are incorporated into these Terms. In summary: you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of your return being received and inspected. Order cancellation requests are only guaranteed if your order has not yet entered processing.
Promotions & discount codes
From time to time we may offer discount codes, bundle pricing, or limited-time promotions. Any promotion is subject to its own posted terms (such as an expiration date or minimum order value), cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, applies only at the time of purchase, and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion without affecting orders already placed.
Intellectual property rights
All content on this website — including the Polar Hair Co Inc name, logo, product photography, packaging design, page layouts, graphics, and written copy — is owned by Polar Hair Co Inc or used under license, and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You may view and download pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
Reviews, photos, and other content you submit
If you submit a product review, testimonial, before-and-after photo, or other content to us (by email, on-site form, or social media tag), you confirm it is truthful, based on your own experience, and that you have the right to share it. You grant Polar Hair Co Inc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our website, packaging, and marketing, with attribution limited to a first name and general location unless you agree otherwise. We may decline to publish, or may remove, any submitted content at our discretion, including content that is false, offensive, or unrelated to the product.
Prohibited use of this website
Using the site for any unlawful purpose, or to violate any local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the security of, or disrupt the website, its servers, or connected networks.
Scraping, harvesting, or reselling any content, pricing, or product data from this website without written permission.
Submitting fraudulent orders, using stolen payment information, or abusing our return and refund process.
Third-party links & services
Our website may link to, or rely on, third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the express commitments made in these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy, this website and Instant Dye Shampoo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law. Individual results from using the product vary, and we do not guarantee a specific shade outcome for every hair type or condition.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polar Hair Co Inc, its officers, and its employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our product, including but not limited to loss of hair color satisfaction, lost time, or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable U.S. or Texas consumer protection law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence where such a limitation is not permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polar Hair Co Inc from any claim, loss, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your use of the product other than as directed on the packaging and product page.
Governing law, venue & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will first be addressed through our customer support team — email help@polarhairofficial.com and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve it directly within a reasonable time.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection law, including your right to bring a claim in small claims court.
Electronic communications
By using this website or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notices, and policy updates sent to the email address you provide. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, consistent with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act).
Marketing preferences
You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email, without affecting order confirmations, shipping updates, or other transactional messages related to purchases you’ve already made.
Changes to these Terms, severability & entire agreement
Changes to these Terms. We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or U.S. law. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here; we encourage checking back periodically.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Polar Hair Co Inc regarding your use of this website and purchases made through it, superseding any prior agreements on the subject.
